We arrange to draft a Winding Up Demand on the company. We will arrange for a process server to attend personally and serve the demand within 72 hours.
A winding up/statutory demand gives a debtor 21 days warning to pay the debt. After the statutory demand has runs it's course, it can be followed by winding up proceedings at court.
